Retail Agent Name Security

Security settings can be modified to allow certain staff members access to view, modify and delete functions on the retail agent name tab.

To Grant Access

1. Click SETUP > Security Administration > user rights templates tab and select the security template.
2. Click [edit].
3. Open Resource Groups > Retail Agent.
4. In the Rights area, the following rights are available under Names:

• View: When checked, allows theuser to view the retail agent name tab.
• Modify: Enables the [Update] link on the retail agent name tab. Users that do not have the modify right selected will see an inactive [Update] link.
• Delete: Enables the [Inactivate] link on the retail agent name tab. Users that do not have the delete right selected will see an inactive [Inactivate] link.

5. In the Rights area, make the appropriate selection.
6. On the Navigation Toolbar, click Save.
